Energy OutWest (EOW) is an independent organization devoted to the advancement of science in the weatherization technologies. The mission of EOW is to act as a technical resource for the region's low-income energy services network. EOW is a very active peer exchange organization with representatives from seven western states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington), the Navajo Nation, and the Intertribal Council of Arizona. Through regular meetings, the EOW Board exchanges information, training opportunities, technical manual development, administrative knowledge, and other private and public sector opportunities, in an effort to expand and refine their skills and programs.
